Methodology
1. Understand and assess your needs.
First, our team will communicate with you to understand your needs and requirements and build a documented work plan accordingly, to be the guideline from the beginning until the implementation of the service.
2. Identify your requirements.

Quality Assurance Cycle
Every transaction is controlled by a Service-Level-Agreement, which provides a clear explanation of all requirements, and the time required to process each transaction.
Our system identifies all requirements required of the client in order to complete the desired transaction and sends notifications to alert the client and assigned team member to a delay in any transaction. If the client didn't meet the timeline to process the requirements on his/her part, the Account Manager communicates with the client to help speed up the process.
The System records feedback and remarks received from clients, and documents it in the form of a blog for the purpose of continuous development. Our team will be evaluated directly based on the extent to which they have completed the tasks assigned to them and clients' satisfaction levels based on the transactions' completion.
